Theory breakfast kicked off today with year 9 students planning to take Music in y10 and 11 coming along to get a head start on their background understanding of music reading and writing.
We started at the very beginning (a very good place to start) with note values and time signatures. Students were very excited to hear the ever popular Rhythm Cafe song to help them understand how more values relate to one another.
Anyone who’d like to join us is welcome on Tuesday mornings 8-8.25 in Music 1. Tea and pastries provided!
